Return Policy
All returns must be made within 21 days from date of purchase. Items purchased at our Georgetown, Bethesda, Annapolis and Baltimore stores can be returned to any of those locations. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with the price tags attached. Original Receipt must be presented at the time of return. Merchandise Credit or Exchange ONLY. All sale items, lingerie, and bathing suits are FINAL SALE. Price adjustments allowed within 7 days of purchase.

Gift Card Policy
Present at any participating Urban Chic location for the purchase of goods with the exception of other cards. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Any cash balance which remains unused after 60 months from the date of issue will be voided.
